Been searching hi and been searching low today to find a relevant blog post to blog about but alas – not finding it today, sigh…!

In which case, I’ll mention something else that I thought about only yesterday – ARTICLE SPINNING.

Don’t know about you, but I find article spinning to be a real bind. And yes, I tend to do my own spinning work because almost all the spinning services I’ve used over the past 2 years and more – well, they suck!

Suck! Suck! And Suck more than just suck!

 

Here’s the scenario we have right now…

BMR has gone forever by the looks of it.

And personally I don’t trust any other high PR network – I’m not going to be paying for a monthly account, then paying for outsourcing my posts only to find that within 3 months time its all gone because Google de-index pretty much the whole kaboodle.

No, its time to move on from high PR networks. That’s what I think anyhow, and I know that’s what a lot of you are thinking also, right?

 

Well, where does that leave us in terms of getting backlinks to our websites?

Hmmm… okay, maybe we just build fantastic sites and wait “till they come”.

I want to keep a short and “tight” post today simply because I’ve done no work on those eBay and AdSense sites that I’ve been mentioning in the past couple of posts on the SEO tips blog.

So what have I been doing?

Hmmm… I did mention that there was this interesting “phenomena” called the InterHash in town at the moment – whereby a ton of westerners (and quite a few Asians) meet up to run (very much for charity) and to socialize and to network with one another and to consume a massive amount of alcohol. When I say massive I mean MASSIVE!!

Anyhow, I got involved in this to some extent so my off-line social life over the weekend has peaked. In fact, its probably been the off-line social high for me since I came to live here some 8 months previously.

Nevertheless, it was most certainly not all about partying the night away. Most of the time I venture out to hotels etc. I take my laptop with me and its got the dongle set up for logging into broadband. I do not like to go any length of time without having internet access and without having my own laptop with me!

eBay earnings since the beginning of the month (3 days) have been reasonable. With current exchange rates, that would be some $147 US for the 3 days, which is fine. But again, my intentions are very much to better the SEO on a number of those sites and then to dump anything I sense as not worthy of the time investment (or money investment, for that matter). I should be seeing $147 from a single site once they are better SEO’d, and not all of them together.
