Unique Article Wizard Rises Again and is Google Re-Assessing Non-Unique Content?

Unique Article Wizard Unique Article Wizard Rises Again and is Google Re Assessing Non Unique Content?I just read a post about Unique Article Wizard (UAW). They’ve been adding a lot of new sites to their network – post the Google Panda algorithm change. Many of the replies on this particular post are saying good things about UAW, and no doubt it will just get better as they add more and more to their blog network (sites where UAW subscribers have their articles posted to).

I have been a long-time fan of UAW, and have used it on and off over the past two and a half years, with fairly good success too (I used it extensively during the Warrior Forum 40 Day Challenge). My main concern would be that there are now a number of other services out there that work in a similar fashion but not only do they offer up far more sites within their own network, but their pricing is more competitive to that of UAW (currently $67 per month). To name but two of those services:

Distribute Your Articles:  one month costs 50 bucks; the three month package costs 100 bucks; the yearly subscription costs 250 bucks. The number of sites used to submit to currently number at over 10k! I can’t say that you’ll be successful at submitting to all of those as I have not actually used this service myself – I heard about it via a thoroughly trusted source, hence the service is on my recommended list.

Article Marketing Robot: this service is a one-off payment and allows you access to well over 7k sites (and growing rapidly) on its network. I have used this service and I know other folks who continue to use it regularly and say great things about it (yes, you Christopher). Again, don’t expect to see your submissions to every site on the network as successful, but even if you see a third success rate, its a whole lot of potential backlinks!
I’m very tempted to join in the discussion about UAW, but you know the score – if there is one “bad apple” who points out a weakness about a service, then that “bad apple” is very often despised and shot down for their comments. Nevertheless, why should it put me off when I’m merely speaking my mind and spelling out the truth of the matter?

I’m Botching (Messing Up!) on Google AdSense!

Image by AlicePopkorn Flickr 300x225 Im Botching (Messing Up!) on Google AdSense!I have to come clean on this, I seem to be missing the plot with Google AdSense!

(update – today, my click thru on AdSense is 1.97% with just over 4 hours to go til the day end. Odd, right?)

For sure, I don’t have many sites with AdSense as the center of monetization. Not nearly as many as I used to have, anyhow. But the ones I do have, and although some of those are seeing regular visitors – well, they are not seeing clicks.

-

Where at one time they seemed to be doing okay for clicks – some of them were seeing a regular 14 – 25% click through, I now would be fortunate to be in receipt of 6% click through. Take yesterday for example – a 1.96% click through over-all. That is diabolical! And that is fairly representative of the past week or two. Some days, anyhow.

-

I suspect I have left AdSense set up on some sites where it should not be. And I’ve forgotten where, actually. You know how Google have this thing about only showing you a certain percentage of where your income and visitor flow has come from? I really wish they would show more. After all, I must only have about 20 sites with Google AdSense, so why can’t they show all the stats?

Even on sites that used to see reasonable clicks – its currently so poor. May be just a mid-month crisis sort of thing. I have found that when folks are not buying in general (mid – month tends to be bad for buying) then they are not clicking on ads either. Not sure if you find that with your own sites?

-

I always dreamed of making my AdSense fortune but maybe this is a sign. Maybe I should focus on other forms of monetization from now onwards.

GOOGLE Stats are Telling the Truth and Nothing But the Truth??

Good day to everyone!

I wanted to make a mention of this as its something that is on the mind of many IM’ers and SEO’ers. And that is, what’s all this talk about Google stats being a bit out with regards to search volumes?

-

I talked about it before a number of times and here I go again…
I have a site that is based upon…

-

I’m not telling cos someone will swipe the idea and try to outrank me, no doubt.

Anyhow, for the two primary keywords I want to rank for at this time, we have the following stats as given by Micro Niche Finder (works with the Google database):

Does Google Analytics Always Give True Stats?

Hi Toby, sounds like you are on a bit of a downer right now – I know the feeling well! frown Does Google Analytics Always Give True Stats?

Yup, Goog Analytics can be “wrong“. They probably want to be “wrong” too, but they will never tell you about it, cos they are secretive and much of what they do is hush hush.

Take a brief example. I go over to Goog Analytics, I check out my site, I see 5 uniques for a day for that site.

I go over to eBay, I check the stats for that particular site there cos its affiliated to selling products on eBay. I see I sold 7 products and I see I had 35 click thrus.

Now yes, you could say that the 5 visitors went ping pong – back and forth to my site. But unless they were drinking heavily, why the heck would they do that? Cos they love the site? I doubt it (have you seen any of my sites?? (not talking about the Posterz site – FlipDiva really spruced that with her great art work!)

I rest my case. Happens often. Don’t ask me why Goog seem to “prefer” not to register some site visitors over others. Perhaps they wanna keep a secret (for once). wink Does Google Analytics Always Give True Stats?

Talk soon Toby!
