Clickbank New Color-coded System

The new color-coded system has now been introduced by Clickbank and as you’d expect, is not being greeted with pleasure by everyone.

This change actually affects both buyers and sellers (vendors). As for my own sellers account, I’m rated as blue, which is a decent rating to have as you can see from the Clickbank pages below.

Warrior Forum 40 Day Challenge eBook 2nd Edition is Live on Clickbank

ebook2v2 Warrior Forum 40 Day Challenge eBook 2nd Edition is Live on ClickbankFinally, the 2nd Edition of the 40 Day Challenge eBook is completed and is now up on Clickbank! Its taken me almost 3 weeks to get the thing on Clickbank, but eventually its there! (Who-ever said putting products on Clickbank was easy?).

You can see the sales pages, affiliate info (etc.) on this site:

http://JosephArchibalds40DayChallenge.com

If you are keen to make sales of this eBook and thus start earning a decent commission ($20.98 per sale minus small CB commission), then please go to the above domain to get your affiliate information and other bits and pieces to help you out.

By all means let me know if you feel it would benefit from more affiliate sales materials. I know on occasion when I’ve looked into working with some products on Clickbank and there is no affiliate sales materials, I tend not to bother – particularly if I send an email query to the product vendor and get no response.

My email address is: joseph@josepharchibald.com

Trust me – if you email me, you will get a speedy response!

What will you get in return for each eBook sale? 70% of the product price (which is $29.97). Therefore, you will get $20.98 per sale (minus the small Clickbank commission).

What does the eBook cover?

Have a look at some of the topics here… http://josepharchibalds40daychallenge.com/
Check the left hand side “What Does it Cover?”

Are there any major changes to the first edition of the eBook?

Well, because its still based on the same Warrior Forum 40 Day Challenge, changes had to be somewhat limited. However, I’ve added in a lot of “sidenotes” which generally are updates on where I was then (May/June 2010), compared to where I am now (January/February 2011). So, this covers not only my own “updated” thoughts, but also updates and progress with regards to Google etc. etc.

Furthermore, the first edition was “image and graphic free”, where-as this the second edition has quite a large number of graphics, which adds to its read-ability, and surely makes the whole concept easier to understand.

If you have any questions do let me know: joseph@josepharchibald.com
Or please just leave a comment on this post and I’ll get back to you asap!

Good luck, thank you kindly and best wishes!

Joseph Archibald’s Internet Marketing Income for December 2010

1316804 89412241 300x199 Joseph Archibalds Internet Marketing Income for December 2010Here we are once more – stats and facts re the previous months income made up entirely from internet marketing endeavours!

You would expect December to be a “flying” month for sales – what with Christmas being a super time for folks to be buying up left, right and center, but I can’t say my own Christmas “type” sales have been wonderous. I remember back to Novemver and December of last year and it was really good, but not quite on par this year – and most certainly not last month, when Christmas sales did not really pick up at all, oddly enough.

Mind you, if you check out my Amazon affiliate stats down below, I have to come clean on this – Christmas sales really DID pick up here duing December! But I’ve not got many Amazon affiliate sites any longer, so my own Amazon income is never going to be high.

Nevertheless, no complaints from me icon wink Joseph Archibalds Internet Marketing Income for December 2010

No site flips for me during December. I don’t have any sites that I would wish to sell right now, and I do believe that December is not the month to be selling websites anyhow.

Let’s cut to it!

Joseph Archibald’s Internet Marketing Income for November 2010

2010 12 02 0627 300x123 Joseph Archibald’s Internet Marketing Income for November 2010I’m going to start off this post with a layout of my online expenses for November. I know a lot of internet marketers tell you how much they are making each month, but they do not tell you how much they are having to invest to see that level of income (particularly the big hitters who may make $30k per month or something huge like that, but you gotta wonder how much they are investing to see that income).
.
Here is a to-the-point break down of my own expenses for November.
.
November online expenses:
.
Outsourcing fees for November: $233
Hosting fees via Hostgator : $20
Domain name purchases: x 3 for $26.67
Software expenses: $258
.
Total November expenses (see also below for another expense not included here): $537.67  (£340)
.
.
.
Wowza! I’ve struggled along this month regards to online income – for the first half or longer it was very poor as far as eBay and AdSense are concerned, but in other respects – good. There were other things going on as I mentioned in previous posts. And these other things are going to have positive effects over the coming months and hopefully really boost up earnings for the next year! That’s what I’m hoping, anyhow.
.
And of course, a part of my investment/ expenses for this month and last will be towards this future income boost.
.
.
I want to say a massive thanks to everyone who either purchased via my affiliate links, or purchased my 40 Day Challenge eBook – totally and utterly appreciated!!!
.
.
Let’s get to the stats, already!

Jingle Bells – Christmas Sales Finally get Going in 2010!

eBay sales graph for November 2010

Before I get onto the crux of this post, I just wanted to make mention of something that is very commonly mentioned, but not always carried out. I turned on my laptop at about 3.30am this morning only to find that it had crashed and had to do its re-boot thingy, which took about 5 minutes.

Fortunately it did re-boot okay, finally. But I got a bit concerned – did I back everything up over the past month? I had actually, so I should be safe. I’ve got it backed up in Dropbox, which is a freebie account (Dropbox is fantastic!), and also on my USB dongle storage device.

Nevertheless, I tend to rely on Firefox browser the most – its more dependable than I.E. and its faster and it also always loads up your previous tabs. I find that I.E. does occasionally, but mostly it starts all over again. Further, due to my poor connection, I find that I.E. can be very slow, and sometimes will not connect at all – particularly in the evenings.

Firefox therefore is my only real option here. Both these browsers work with Roboform, so I’m fine there because I rely on Roboform to store all my passwords and logins. Any other browser such as Opera will not work with Roboform.

But this morning it – Firefox – crashed time and time again. How annoying! I had no other option than to dump it and then download the whole thing again. But my main point here is – do keep regular backups of all your work – all the work that is worthy of keeping anyhow. You just don’t know when your laptop or PC or whatever is not going to function correctly.

If you’ve got backups of your important work, then you’ll be good to go as soon as you get things sorted out with your hardware. If you have no backups other than on your computer’s desktop, you risk losing a ton of work that may not be recoverable.

And even if it is recoverable, it may cost hundreds of dollars (perhaps even more) to get it back. My Fireforx is not functioning so there is obviously some conflict someplace, even though I’ve done a system restore. The joys of working with computers!

I was (and am) going to write at this point (3.45am on Monday morning) about jingle bells and Christmas income.

Christmas Sales Online in Early November

With 5 pay days already gone in November, I would like to comment that I am NOT seeing anything of the Christmas spend rush. In fact, my eBay earnings have been the lowest so far this month than they have been for many, many months. And its not just due to the fact that Google have been playing games with my rankings.

eBay visitor count has been reasonable (albeit it would be far better if Google had not dumped a number of my sites from their previous rankings).

But although I’ve been complaining a bit – as you do – about my really poor income so far, I’ve also been refocusing on some stuff which is well and truly away from eBay and has nothing to do with cashing in on the Christmas spend.

.
I set up a couple of sites… hmmmm… about 7 weeks ago I think. One is my JV in the fitness world (which has a lovely pink background colour, lol) and the other is based on selling a Clickbank product that pays out $50 US a go. Nice commission that is!

Well, I’ve not been working on ranking the fitness site for the previous week because there is nothing for sale on it yet, and its not monetized in any way. However, the two keyword phrases I have been gently working on are doing nicely in Google SERP. Both are ranking top 20 and I only used Build My Rank to get them there. Build My Rank is a better quality “tool” than is Blog Blueprint - by quite a long way, but its labour-intensive and may not suit everyone. [Read more...]
