Now over half way into the 90 Day Internet Marketing Challenge, and not much to report, really.

This week I continued to build backlinks for my websites. My rankings are also now pretty stable, and with two out of three of my websites I’ve reached my goal of ranking in the top 5 for at least one main keyword.

This would be a boring update if it wasn’t for merely one thing. That is that my experiment of comparing Blog Blueprint with Unique Article Wizard is showing good results. So far none of my websites promoted with Unique Article Wizard are ranking for the main keyword, instead the one website that I promoted with Blog Blueprint is ranking at a nice 5th position. At this point I may conclude the experiment earlier and save the money.

This gives me the motivation to continue working on this stuff. Thanks for following this experiment so far, and thanks Joseph for inspiring me!

That is very good to hear. I just started using Blog Blueprint this week, and don’t have a UAW account anymore, so I’m happy to hear that Blog Blueprint is working out.
My only concern is that they say that the system publishes articles every 30 minutes but I have seen articles sit in pending for 5 hours. Is that normal?

I also started using Blog Blueprint recently on 3 new sites. It’s been only three days but I have already seen positive results. Two of those sites jumped from nowhere in the SERPs to positions #6 and #7 for their main keyword. I hope this is not just some temporary boost.
I’ve had articles published and indexed in Google in less than 1 hour (on Friday, when I did my first submission). But on weekends I noticed it takes a little longer to have them approved.

Its taken me over half an hour to get back into the website simply cos my internet connection on a Sunday night is so, so bad! How frustrating!
Tia, I have been using BB for 6 months – since its inception, or there-abouts. Sometimes I’ve seen articles sitting “pending” for 5 days. You have to point it out to the BB support before anything is done about it. In the early days, BB was a real mess. But now there are only a few clunky bits and bobs about it.
Otherwise it works and works well. But by no means it is be-all-end-all. It can rank pages for fairly easy keywords and can be used in conjunction with other forms of backlinking. But its no stand-alone high end piece of apparatus if you want to hit tougher kwds with this alone. It won’t cut it.

Hi Selena, no, its certainly not a temporary boost. Those rankings should stick, providing you keep up occasional links at least.

Absolutely right! At weekends its much slower. Through the week the staff claim that they will always make up on any short fall over the weekend. This is actually not entirely true. There have been a few times when I’ve had posts sitting over the weekend having not been posted, and then they sit through the week and are not posted either. I’ve tried to point this out to the BB support, but they are a bit slow in responding, by which times things have moved on, and those posts are never caught up with, regardless what the support staff would tell you. Its very, very occasional however, and not much to worry about.
As I said to Tia, BB is certainly far from perfect. Its better now by far, than what it was a few months ago. And it must be good – I’ve stuck with it month in and month out for 6 months. There is no one single monthly fee IM tool that I have ever done that with!

Hi Tia and Selena, based on my experience, rankings are not temporary. I also wouldn’t worry if they take hours to approve as long as they are approved.
